Looking for a welcoming home in East London

Hi! I'm Felicitas (Fee, she/her), originally from Germany and looking for a room in East London from around 9 August (flexible). I'm open to both long-term lets and sublets (minimum one month), ideally furnished.

I fell in love with London during my master's and moved back earlier this year after a few years in Berlin. Feels so good to be back! I work full-time for a FinTech AI company near Broadgate and am usually in the office 3+ days a week.

Outside work, I love trying new things and finding beauty in everyday life, whether that’s swimming at the lido, sitting behind a pottery wheel, exploring a new café or wine bar, or pottering around at home with a cup of tea. My weaknesses include all things interior design (especially lamps!), locally sourced vegetables, and Reggaeton. I recently started Salsa lessons and am always happy to find an excuse to bake something.

I’m looking for a home that feels welcoming and lived-in, not somewhere everyone lives completely separate lives. I’d love to live with people who enjoy chatting in the kitchen, sharing a meal every now and then, while also respecting each other’s space. I appreciate a tidy home and living with people who talk openly if something isn’t working.
