CSM MA Student Looking for Shared Room

1 am a 24-year-old Chinese postgraduate student starting my MA in Graphic
Communication Design at Central Saint
Martins from late September.
I am searching for a shared house room as my new accommodation.
My core requirements are as follows:
1. Commute time to King's Cross Station must be within 30 minutes by public transport
2. Monthly budget maximum £1200, all utility bills included in the rent I have rich past experience renting shared properties. I am quiet, tidy, respectful to all housemates, and always keep communal spaces clean. I lead a gentle lifestyle and get along well with flatmates. Nam currently based in China, and my reliable friend living in London can attend property viewings on my behalf within two days. I am ready to confirm the room quickly once I like the space.
