En suite Room Wanted from 20th August

Hi, my name is T, and I am looking for a modern en suite room available from around the 20th of August or the end of August.

I am a 28 year old female, full time professional working as a Care Supervisor near Kingston. I am looking for a clean, comfortable and respectful house share within easy reach of work, ideally around areas such as Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Colliers Wood, Morden, New Malden and nearby areas.

My budget is between £850 and £1,000 per month. I am looking for a large double en suite room in a well maintained home with respectful and considerate housemates.

Must have:
• Large double room with private en suite bathroom
• Modern kitchen and bathroom
• Clean and well looked after property
• Washing machine (dryer would be a great bonus)
• A peaceful and respectful living environment

I am a friendly, tidy and responsible professional. I work full time in care management and have a busy but stable lifestyle. I do not smoke, I do not have pets, and I am looking for a place where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps the home clean.
