area (ideally GL2 or surrounding pockets).I am currently on Universal Credit while actively looking for retail and hospitality work. My monthly rent is fully covered by my benefit housing element and is topped up by my personal allowance, so my rent will always be paid securely and on time every month. I can also provide a guarantor or a deposit advance if required. I am a very clean, respectful, and quiet housemate. I don't smoke, I don't have pets, and I enjoy a peaceful living environment.
