Hi, I’m Jay, a 19-year-old full-time delivery driver working for LH Evans in Neath. I’m currently looking for a clean and comfortable room to rent in a friendly and respectful household.

I’m a reliable, easy-going, and considerate person with a stable income and regular working hours. Outside of work, I’m a big car enthusiast and enjoy driving, working on cars, and anything automotive-related. I tend to keep myself busy and have a good routine, so I’m generally quiet and respectful of other people’s space.

I’m clean, tidy, and always make sure shared areas are looked after. I’m not a party person and prefer a relaxed home environment where everyone can feel comfortable. I get on well with people from all backgrounds and believe in being respectful, honest, and easy to live with.
