Professional seeking room

I’m Mal, a fulltime professional working as an Urban Planner. I am currently looking for tidy, and friendly place to call home with an easy commute to my work base near Southwark/Waterloo tube station.
My budget is up to £850pcm for a standard double room, or up to £1,000pcm if the room has an en-suite. Ideally, I am looking for a place where bills are included to keep things straightforward.

A bit about me:
I have very stable, secure employment and a predictable work schedule (4/5 days in the office). I am incredibly clean, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of others' privacy. When I'm not working, I love healthy cooking, staying active, and enjoying a peaceful, positive environment at home. I follow a vegetarian diet, so I am very happy to live with other vegetarians/vegans but I don't mind meat eaters.

I am ready to move from 17/08 and can arrange viewings around my schedule.
