Friendly, Tidy Professional Looking for a Room

Hi!
I'm Louis, 26, moving to Falmouth to start work as a reporter at The Packet in August.

I'm easygoing, sociable, and respectful of other people's space. Outside of journalism, I love surfing, Sup, fishing, and getting outdoors whenever I can. I'm also tidy, clean up after myself, and am currently sharing a house in London (can provide references).

I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed house in Falmouth, or maybe Penryn. I'm reliable with rent and bills, a non-smoker, and looking to move in by August 10.

I've lived in North Cornwall a fair bit working seasons on safety boats, so not entirely an emmet too!
