Looking for short term open to long

Hi there!
I am a 31-year-old working professional looking for a room in Brighton, ideally around the London Road, Old Steine, or The Lanes areas. Since I don’t drive, being within short walking distance to reliable bus stops and local amenities is a must for me.
I work a standard Monday-to-Friday routine. I tend to travel or go away most weekends, so you will often have the place to yourself on Saturdays and Sundays. In my free time, I enjoy working out, cooking healthy meals, and unwinding.
I am a non-smoker with no pets. I really value a quiet, clean, organized, and positive environment to call home. I am highly respectful of everyone's privacy and personal space, but I'm always up for a friendly chat in the kitchen.
What I'm Looking For
Move-in Date: Around 10th August (flexible).
Stay Duration: Looking for a short-term let initially, but very open to extending to a long-term arrangement if we are a great fit for each other.
Preferred Locations: London Road, Old Steine, The Lanes, or anywhere with excellent central bus links.
