Flat buddy wanted

Hi, Im looking for someone to buddy up with to flat hunt, or someone who already has a double room with an ensuite available. I also may have a room available but need to look at all options. The room would need to be unfurnished, and my budget is up to £2,000 PM including bills. I’m aiming to move by October latest.

I’m 23 and work in tech sales. I’m hybrid, usually 2–3 days in the office in the city and the rest from home (the days vary) so looking for someone who also isn’t working from home full time.

I am sociable and enjoy going out for dinners and drinks but equally love a quiet night in. I love Pilates, long walks, and a good coffee too. I’m very clean and tidy, so I’d like to live with someone who’s the same. Ideally we’d get along and be friendly, but also respect each other’s space, privacy, and have our own lives too.
