Tidy, independent teacher seeking quiet Mon–Fri

About Me:
Hi, I’m John, a 46-year-old schoolteacher looking for a reliable Monday-to-Friday lodging arrangement in the South Wales Valleys. I am married with a child, but my family stays at our main home—they will not be visiting or staying with me during the week. Because I commute back home every single weekend, you will have the house entirely to yourself from Friday evening until Sunday night.
My Routine & Lifestyle:
As a teacher, I keep a very structured, quiet routine. I leave early in the morning and head back after school. I stay active and usually head out to exercise for about an hour, 3 to 4 times a week. In the evenings, I am completely self-sufficient and keep to myself—usually winding down in my room, cooking a quick meal, or catching up on lesson planning. I am exceptionally clean, tidy, and deeply respectful of privacy.
Vetting & References:
For your peace of mind, I hold an active, enhanced DBS check due to my profession. I can readily provide a work reference from my school's HR department confirming my employment status upon request.
Home Requirements:
Internet: Because I need to plan lessons and stream in the evenings, a decent, reliable internet connection is essential.
Parking: I commute using either a motorbike or a small van. I check the weather forecast every weekend and bring whichever vehicle suits the upcoming week. I just need a safe, reliable place to park one vehicle at a time (a driveway or nearby street space works great).
What I'm Looking For (Dates & Budget):
I am looking for a short-term base from mid-September until the end of December. There is a possibility I may need to extend this into the new year depending on my upcoming job applications up north, but I can keep you updated well in advance. My budget is £100 per week inclusive of bills (entered as £433 per calendar month on the system).
