Looking for room for september move in!

My name is Maks and I am 18 years old. In september 2026 I will be starting a degree apprenticeship, working in London. Im keen on making the move to allow me to save 3-4 hours of commuting daily from where i currently live, to allow me to dedicate that time to sport. I am an active rower, and plan on continuing rowing in London following my move. I am a young, social and easygoing individual however I will most likely rarely be home other than the evenings and weekends. Im looking for somewhere where i can enjoy others presence whilst also focus on my degree, work and rowing - meaning that my own space is equally as important to me.
