Adam | 28 | £1,600 | Furnished Room

Moving to London end of August and looking for a furnished room in Elephant & Castle, Fulham, Battersea or Islington. Budget £1500–£1600.

I work full-time in the office Monday–Friday and spend 4–6 weeks a year abroad for work, so I’m often out of the flat. I’ve lived independently and in apartment shares for the last five years in Manchester, so I’m very used to keeping a clean, organised home.

Outside of work I’m a sporty person — I play basketball and go to the gym regularly. I’m chilled, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I’m flexible on most flat/house features, but I do need a furnished room and prefer a pet-free home.
