Couple seeking double room in East London

Hello! We’re Ellen (28) and Joe (29), a couple from Norwich and Manchester, moving to London after spending the last three years living in Australia. We’re excited for our new chapter and are looking for a shared double room from around 30th July.

Over the past few years we’ve lived together in share houses so we’re both sociable, respectful and used to living with others. We love going to gigs, going out for food and coffee, keeping active (gym, running, bouldering and tag rugby) and socialising with friends.

We’re hoping to find a friendly, relaxed house where we can hang out as housemates and socialise, but also respect each other’s space and downtime. Ideally we’re looking in East London, particularly Stratford, Bow, Hackney or nearby areas, but we’re open to other locations with good transport links, especially the DLR.

Ellen is starting a new job in events, working full time on site, and will move in first. Joe will be working in education and will move in once he has secured employment.
