Two 20 year olds + 2 cats looking for flatmate(s)!

Me, nova and novas sister!

Hello! We are looking for 1-2 professionals to join us in a flatshare starting in August :)

About us:
We have lived together for a year, I am 20 years old and a 2nd year art history student. Nova is 20 and a bartender. Our other flatmate is sadly allergic to cats so we are having to split up 💔
We are a chill and clean flat and follow a wee cleaning rota with no issue. We enjoy socialising in communal spaces and going walks and watching shows together. Neither of us smoke or vape and don't drink often although it's not something we are bothered by others doing :)

We are currently searching a bigger place for Nova to share council tax costs with people and to accommodate taking in my parent's cats, two Siamese brothers that are 9 years old. You will not be expected to pay for any of their needs and can keep them out your room if you wish 🫶

Semi flexible budgets:
* Rent: £650
* Utility bill: £50 pp
* Council tax no more than Band D and will be spilt by yourself and Nova.
