Hi, I’m Maria, 33, and I work full-time at the University of Southampton. I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to live with, and I really value having a calm, clean, and comfortable home. I am seeking either a double room with bills all included, or a studio with the same. I would like an Ensuite, and good public transport to the uni.

I’m creative and spend a lot of my free time drawing or working on art projects. I also enjoy getting out for walks, visiting cafés, and exploring local markets. I’m generally a quiet person during the week and appreciate a peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space.

I’m clean, tidy, and considerate. I always do my share around the house, pay my rent and bills on time, and believe good communication makes for the best housemates. While I’m happy to have a chat over a cup of tea, I also respect people’s privacy and independence.
