Looking for room near Birmingham city

I’m a clean, respectful and easy-going young professional looking for a long-term room in Birmingham, ideally near the city centre, Jewellery Quarter or within an easy commute of Livery Street. My budget is up to £700 per month and no more than, including bills.

I’ll be starting a new job in September and can provide proof of employment. I’m tidy, responsible, considerate of shared spaces and happy living with friendly, respectful housemates. I’m looking for a furnished room, ideally with good transport links, Wi-Fi and access to a washing machine and kitchen.

I’m available for viewings and would like to move early September.
