Postgrad student looking for room
Hello, I'm looking for:
• A furnished room in Gilesgate, Claypath, Langley Moor or anywhere within walking distance of the city centre / science site
• Budget: up to £160 per week with bills included
• Move-in from September 2026 — ideally with the option to stay over the summer, as my course runs until September 2027
I'm tidy, respectful and easy-going. I spend my days studying and my evenings cooking (I love making Mexican food and I'm happy to share!), so I keep shared spaces clean, I'm sociable but not a party person, and I don't smoke
