Me and my friend looking for a double room.

We are two students looking for a double room to rent. We are both currently completing our studies and are on track to graduate next month, so we are settled and reliable long term tenants.

Alongside our studies, we are both employed and can comfortably cover the rent and provide proof of income if required. We are tidy, respectful and easy going, and we would take good care of the property as if it were our own.

We are looking for a place we can move into and settle down for a longer stay, and we would appreciate the opportunity to view the room at your convenience. We are happy to provide references, proof of employment, and any other documents you may need.
