Friendly NHS Professional Seeking Room/ Out House

Hey, I'm a 27-year-old physiotherapist looking for a room from the end of August or beginning of September.

I will be starting a full-time role at Queen Alexandra Hospital, so I'm looking for somewhere I can settle for at least the next year.

A bit about me:

Friendly, easy-going and considerate.
Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
Enjoy getting outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding and cold-water swimming.
Non-smoker and no pets.

I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly house where everyone respects each other's space but doesn't mind the occasional chat or cook tothgeth every once in a while. Ideally I'd really like somewhere with parking.

Side Note: I'm originally from the countryside, so I'd love somewhere a little quieter rather than right in the city centre. I'm more than happy to be a bit out of the way if it means a peaceful place to come home to. An annex, granny flat or would also be a fantastic option for me. Happy to be considered for town house or this.
