Looking for Cardiff and near surrounding area

I am moving to Cardiff to start a graduate scheme job after recently finishing my University course in history. I graduated at the University of York but am originally from a town near Worcester (West Midlands).

I am looking for somewhere to live in Cardiff or the surrounding area which has decent connections into the city centre, as this is where i will be working. The placement is 18 months in total but I am waiting to hear how much of the placement will be based in Cardiff, I am expecting it to be at least 6 months.

I have lived in shared housing throughout my entire time at University and am a tidy person who cleans up after themselves. It would be nice to move into a sociable house as I will not know many people in Cardiff when I move and would love to meet some new people. I am easy to get along with and enjoy meeting new people. This is not essential and I am also happy to keep myself to myself too.
