PhD student looking for a room

I'm a PhD researcher in materials chemistry, currently working on catalysts and surface science (lab work plus regular trips to synchrotron facilities). I keep fairly standard hours during the week with occasional late nights for data analysis or writing. Outside of research, I'm into photography, songwriting and Formula 1. Looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet room share; happy to keep to myself most of the time but always up for a chat or the occasional shared meal. Non-smoker, tidy and reliable with rent and bills.
