Looking for Manchester City Centre

I work from home fulltime as a psychotherapist.
I see my clients remotely (via telephone/videocall - not face to face).
I would like to live with someone who doesn't mind keeping noise down on weekdays, at least until after 6:30pm haha! (I don't need silence btw, just nothing loud/distracting).

Weekdays my routine is basically - gym most mornings, work, dinner and then relaxing with TV in the evening. Happy to hang out or do our own thing, no real expectations - I'd like to hear what suits you tbh!

Weekends I like to let my hair down more, whether it's going on a night out to dance, playing sports with friends or having a cosy night in to relax and recharge!

I can move home any time now (from Greater Manchester, looking to move more central) so the most important thing - aside from living somewhere nice - is just making sure that I live with someone I can get on well with.
