Looking for a room in Hastings or St. Leonard’s

My name is Ryan — I am 23 and currently finishing a Masters of Geography at Cambridge.

I am moving to Hastings in late August / early September to start a new job at Hastings Borough Council working with Children and Young People.

I have lived in house shares and my own accommodation since 2021 in Falmouth, the Netherlands and in Cambridge, with both men and women, and met several close friends through this! I am social but value privacy and like to keep a tidy/peaceful living space.

My budget is ideally under 1000 pcm (but could perhaps stretch for the right place) and would prefer an en suite or private bathroom. Otherwise, fairly flexible as long as it is within a walking commute to Hastings town centre.
