Quiet mature postgraduate seeking room in Stirling

I am a mature American postgraduate student currently completing an MSc in Data Science at the University of London. I am relocating from London to Stirling and am looking for a quiet, comfortable room from 1 August (I can be flexible).

I will initially be completing my master’s thesis from home, after which I plan to seek work in Edinburgh or the surrounding area. I expect to remain for at least three or four months and would be happy to discuss a longer stay if the household is a good fit.

I am quiet, clean, considerate and responsible. I do not smoke, use drugs or hold parties. Most of my time will be spent writing, studying, walking and working independently. I am friendly and enjoy occasional conversation, but I respect other people’s privacy and do not expect a household to provide a social life for me.

I am particularly interested in:

A quiet, non-smoking home
A live-in landlord or a household with only one or two other adults
Reliable internet and space for a desk
Rent costs of approximately £500–£590 per month, including bills
Stirling, Bridge of Allan, Causewayhead, Cambusbarron or another area with practical transport connections

I can provide identification, proof of university enrolment, and references. I am available for a telephone or video conversation and can travel to Stirling for a viewing.
