Seeking Room Aug–Dec

I am a female postgraduate student at the University of Glasgow looking for a clean and furnished room from 28 August until 31 December 2026.

I am tidy, quiet, respectful and non-smoking, and I do not have any pets. I am looking for a calm and friendly home rather than a party flat.

My course finishes in late September, but I will remain in Glasgow until December in order to attend my graduation ceremony. I understand that I may need to contribute towards Council Tax after my full-time student status ends, and I am happy to discuss this with the landlord or flatmates.

My maximum budget is approximately £800 per calendar month. Bills included would be preferred, although I am also open to other arrangements. An en-suite room would be ideal but is not essential.

My preferred areas are G12, G3, G4 and other locations with convenient public transport to the University of Glasgow or the city centre.
