2 bed ground floor/garden // Buddy up

Helloooo - I'm a 27 year old professional currently working in Herts and looking to rent a place in the area so I can easily commute to work. A 2 bed is preferable over a larger house share, but I am open to this with the right group of people. I'm very clean, respectable and friendly but also more than happy to respect personal space as I do like spending time alone. I have a cat (15 years old now!) so would need a place on the ground floor and with greenery nearby (or a garden of course) as he likes to hang out outside! He's a very chillaxed sleepy young man and doesn't get in the way, I promise! A double room with an en-suite would be ideal. Unfurnished is perfect as I have some stuff of my own.
