ISO cute place / buddy-up :)

Hey :) I'm a mature student (24!) at BSMS so I'll be going to/from Falmer almost everyday. So, anywhere around Moulsecoomb station (e. g. Bevendean) would be ideal + bonus points if you'd come, too!

Random info about me:
- I have a car
- QTPOC :)
- I mostly wear black
- I'm alt (peer-reviewed goth lmao)
- My life revolves around multi-culturalism, multi-linguism + cultural diversity so, if you don't like me speaking other languages, maybe I'm not the one to live with!
- Bonus points if you speak other languages, too :)
- I come with a printer + some other DSA equipment (hopefully)
- I love sustainable fashion !! I'll tell you which charity-shops are the best
- I sometimes volunteer in town (feel free to ask!)
- I love being social :) I'm in my *element* around other people. If my mental health drops, call my friends round + watch me brighten up, again :')
- I love hours-long conversations, while still respecting your personal space + when you need a few hours alone
- I have a special interest in cheap train transport (e. g. London-Brighton for £6.65, London-Manchester for £9.30, etc.). Even if we don't live together, if you need help with cheap train transport, I'm always down to help a friend out.
- I am not a fan of the use of Generative A. I.
- I love chai :)

What I'd like in a house/flat:
- A double bed
- Space for my DSA equipment + studying
- A non-electric shower with a bath-tub

What I'd like in house/flatmates:
- Friendly, sociable
- Good at communicating (including not bottling things up until the bottle bursts)! Please be good at communicating your needs and wants, even if they conflict with mine - we can work it out, together!
- Friends who push me to be the best version of myself that I can be!
- Equity- + intersectionality-oriented <3
- Friends who do favours for each other :)
- A friend I can complain to about life + the world hehe

What I don't want in house/flatmates:
- Bigotry (including ableism)
- Goth/alt-fetishising (or any kind, really)
