i am currently seeking accommodation in the Barnstaple area.
I am smoker but I will not smoke within the premises if that is required.
i am currently single and starting a new life.
I consider myself friendly and polite and sociable.
I would prefer a furnished room but it is not essential.
This is my first time renting in over 25 years so I'm relatively new to the renting market.
I would prefer that the rent included amenities if possible.
