Professional and Cat Seeking Calm, Friendly House

Hi!

I am a 31 year old male looking for a double room in the Bristol and Bath area.

I work full time in the civil service on environmental policy, and would split my time between WFH and the office.

I am clean and always happy to help out around the house and garden. I'm not looking for a party house but would love to live somewhere friendly with the odd movie night, games evening, or pub trip.

I have a very sweet and friendly cat called Luna, so I am looking for somewhere she can be safe and happy. A quiet road and a garden would be ideal. She loves food, laps, and a shady napping spot.

I have to give two months' notice in my current place but could do so asap. I have some furniture that I'd be happy to bring with me if needed, incl. a 50inch TV, a bread maker, and gardening supplies. Anything not required will go into storage.
