Looking for 1-bed or flat/house-share

My name is Arun, I’m 26, relocating fully to London from Southampton! I’m LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 and single. I’ve never lived in London before.

My week 🗓️: Work part-time (x3-days usually but not always Tuesday-Thursday/week) in NHS. Looking for somewhere with enough space ideally to study from home for some of the other days!

I’m clean, quiet and respectful, and like a balance of my own space and having a nice cup of tea/wine after a day or weekend. In my free time I’m mostly studying, going to gym, rugby/badminton, seeing friends, I love exploring new places, travelling, festivals, picnics, etc.

I don’t often host friends over but would be nice to on the odd occasion and always open to meeting new people/mingling too when am feeling social!

Ideal location:
📍Euston Station or nearby (e. g., Euston, Camden) or potentially 📍Paddington Station

Budget -
🏦 Flat/house-share: £900-1400/month (depending on location, room amenities, bills/council tax included or not)

🏦 1-bed flat: £1650 (maximum) with all bills and council tax included.
