New to Bristol and looking for a new home!

I'm new to Bristol (left London last month) and currently living in a friends house in Clifton until the end of August. Looking at living options after this and am looking for a longer term rental for at least 9-12 months minimum.

For reference, I work for a ski brand, mainly from home but currently considering a co-working space somewhere. In the winter, I spend 2/3 weeks at a time away in the alps for work...so would be around half of the time between the months of November-April.

Interests include watersports, tennis and cooking. Always keen to get out to the coast for swims/kitesurfing/surfing.

Roughly looking around the Clifton, Redland & Cotham areas.
