Seeking one bedroom flat, double room, room or stu

I'm Nicholas Davis,
I looking for one bedroom flat, double room, room or studio flat. I'm on premium rate universal credit, which is £790 per month and qualify up to £595 per month for housing benefit. I'm also waiting for my PIP award. They told me I've been awarded it but I'm awaiting how much I'll get. It should be approx. an additional £300 a month. I also can provide a guarantor. Therefore my rent will not be a financial problem. I'm 50, a non smoker, no pets, conscientous and respectful of properties and neighbors. I would be interested in moving as soon as possible. I'm currently staying with my brother, Nigel and he's he's helping me find somewhere to rent (hence his email address on my details).
