Flat share in East Grinstead

Hi! I'm a doctor looking for an en-suite room in a flat or house share with another working professional.
I work four days a week, so I'm generally only home in the evenings. I don't smoke or drink, and outside of work I'm into fitness and travelling, so I'm often away on my days off.
I'm easy-going, clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces, especially the kitchen. I'm looking for a like-minded housemate who values a clean, respectful home. I don't mind the occasional guest, as long as everyone is considerate.
