I’m currently finishing my Master’s at Kingston University and my student accommodation contract is coming to an end, so my friend and I are looking for our next home!
We’re looking for 2 rooms in a female-only house or flat. Our preferred areas are Kingston, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, New Malden, Ealing, Acton, Shepherd’s Bush, Clapham, Tooting or anywhere with good transport links.
A little about us: we’re both clean, tidy, organised, and easy to live with. We enjoy being social and making new friends, but we also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. We’re responsible tenants and will take good care of the place we live in ✨
Our budget is around £800-950 (including bills).
