Doctor looking for stay near ARI

Hello! I'm a doctor relocating to Aberdeen to work at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for one year with possible extension, and I'm looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay from around my start date Aug 1st

I'm ideally looking for a one-bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to a kitchen. A room with an en-suite in a shared two-bedroom flat with a shared kitchen is also absolutely fine. Walking distance to ARI is preferred, with good access to shops and public transport.

I'm a tidy, quiet, respectful, and non-smoking working professional. I'm happy to share with flatmates of any age or gender, and pets are absolutely fine.
