Well-behaved and quiet chap from Leamington Spa

Hello! My name's Kane and I'm interested in having a viewing of a rental room as soon as possible. I'm a 38 year old chap from Leamington Spa.

I URGENTLY need a new place to live as soon as possible because the landlord is selling the building I'm currently living in. If I can't get a new place to live soon enough, I'll become homeless. I prefer en-suite but it's not essential.
