Active 34yo wannabe baker seeking relaxed home

I'm looking for a large double room in SW London to move in mid-September, ideally a comfortable and friendly home rather than just a place to sleep in!

I'm a 34-year-old engineer (I will fix the oven clock), very active during the week with various sports clubs in the evenings (running, football, swimming, rowing) and out early most weekends rowing or cycling.

I'm relaxed, clean, and tidy, and keen to live with someone who would also like to socialise after work from time to time, by heading out for a run or grabbing a beer or a glass of wine at a local pub.

I also love a freshly brewed cup of specialty coffee and enjoy baking when I have some spare time, so you might benefit from my trials - sorry if you're on a diet! (Success may vary).
