Looking for a room / ppl to buddy up with

Hi i’m Jess, I’m looking for a room around north east London, for some time in September.

I’ve been working and living in Stoke Newington for the last few years and would love to stay local if i can. Highbury Islington/ Angel/ Dalston area would also be preferred & my budget is around 800 pcm including bills.

Ideally i wouldn’t want too small of a room and one with some natural light would be nice bonus :)

I work in hospitality but am soon to begin a creative TA job.

I’m a Fine Art graduate aspiring to work in set / props. I love to thrift and make things, right now I’m really into sewing / upcycling and printing. I also love film, going for a swim, good food and being in nature.

I’m hoping to find a queer / neurodivergent friendly space. I can be introverted at first but I want to live in a space where there is a good balance of socialising and everyone doing their own thing.
I’m tidy, respectful and well versed with sharing a home. - A home is what I’m looking for rather than just somwhere to sleep.

This being said I’m also very happy to buddy up with some like-minded people to find something :) 🤝✨
