Flat Share Wanted

Hi!
I’m looking for a flatmate to share a place with. I’m 23, friendly, sociable and easy-going, and I’m hoping to find someone around a similar age who is clean, respectful and wants a nice home environment.

I work in the music industry, so I’m often out at concerts and events, and I also travel for work quite a bit. I’m in the office around 4 days a week, so I’m out of the flat a fair amount, but when I am home I love having a relaxed space to come back to.

I’m social and enjoy going out, trying new places, getting food/drinks, and exploring the city, but I also appreciate chilled nights in and a tidy, comfortable home.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly and easy to live with, ideally someone who’s up for being more than just a housemate (whether that’s grabbing a coffee, cooking together or having a chat), but who also has their own life.
