27yo guy looking for a tidy, social house in SW (C

Hi everyone

I’m a 27-year-old guy moving over from Dublin to London toward the end of August, and I'm looking for a social, clean place to settle into around Clapham, Earlsfield, or Wimbledon.

I have a stable professional services job and primarily work in the office (usually 9-5.30 but can go later). I can provide confirmation of my employment if requested.

I’m new to London but have previously flatted multiple times overseas since 2018. I take pride in having a clean, well maintained house.

Because work can get pretty busy, I usually like to unwind during the week, but since I'm brand new to the city, I’m definitely looking for a house that actually hangs out. I’m a massive sports fan (always down to watch the football, cricket or rugby), love heading to the pub for a few pints, running, or just catching up over a film on the sofa.
