B is looking for a place

Hey,

I'm Balazs. I'm about to start a part-time psychology course in September while working full-time. I'm looking for a double room or a studio in Exeter, or a nearby smaller town from where commute would be possible.

I'm into making music (in headphones), wall-climbing, hiking and the outdoors in general. I enjoy my solitude but also really into late night conversations about big and medium things in life :). Used to be a chef, so dinner parties are included. I'm tidy and put a good effort into equal give and takes.

I have a lovely cat, so I'd like to find a place, where she's welcome and have some outdoor access or enough indoor space inside to explore. She mostly sleeps though.

I don't have much preference in regards of flatmates but would like to avoid party-dens, and big groups. 1-2 flatmates ideally. I have some flexibility in move-in dates, but aiming to settle by mid August.
