I am a professional female working aged 51. I am looking for a double room preferably with an en-suite. I am available to move from 01/08/2026 and have a budget of £900pcm including bills. I would prefer to share with females in a house that has some outside space or near a park /access to nature.

I like socialising and a glass of wine or two but my partying days are behind me. I work 1-3 days a week from home and during the working week prefer an early night.

I have always been quite creative, I love art and have had some of my artwork on display in an open house exhibition in Faversham. I like reading & knitting, I have a sewing machine. I listen to podcasts. My favourite tv shows are QI, bake off, sewing bee and 8 out of 19 Cats does Countdown. I like balance in my life these days. I’d love a local pub with a chilled vibe and a decent Sunday lunch, I also like going to the gym and home cooking.

Must to accessible to Canterbury via public transport - preferably by bus.
