Seeking room in easy going shared house

Hi I'm a postie and sometime freelance illustrator looking for a room in a chilled shared house to use as a base whilst I save and look for my own place. Looking ideally around St George/ Redfield/Greenbank area.. or somewhere near to both town and green spaces. I'd prefer to live in a house with 2 or 3 other people, not fussed about gender though a mix would be nice. I work pretty much 9-5 and will likely be out a fair bit visiting family and friends, making/watching music, going out (not a party guy though), the usual. I want housemates I can hang out with a bit but also my own space to think and be, practice guitar (acoustic, don't panic!) and do odd bit of freelance work. Fine with pets, fine with smoking though I don't smoke myself. A garden would be great. Think that's it :)
