Looking for one other to share a 2 bed flat/house

Hi! I'm a Senior Quantity Surveyor working in construction and spend a lot of my time at work during the week. I'm looking to team up with another professional to find a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Central, East or South East London.

My budget is up to £1,000 per month for my share, and ideally I'd like somewhere within easy walking distance of a Tube or train station to make commuting straightforward.

A little about me:
Senior Quantity Surveyor with a busy Monday–Friday schedule.
Sociable, easy-going and respectful of other people's space.
Interests include photography, art, gallery exhibitions, working out, hiking and occasionally going out for food or drinks.
I enjoy a good balance of being social while also appreciating a quiet evening to recharge after work.
I'm hoping to create a home rather than just rent a room—a place that's clean, cosy and comfortable, where we both take pride in keeping it tidy and can relax after long days.
