Hi, I am Mario (36, Italian), working full-time in production as an assembler. I am looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful house share, and I need to move in by 11th September.

My budget is up to £900pcm. I am searching for a room in areas close to my workplace in Park Royal.

What I am looking for:
• Occupancy: A maximum of 4 people living in the total property.
• Room: A spacious double room in a peaceful and clean environment.
• Smoking Policy: I am a smoker. The ideal place would have a private/shared garden on the property, or alternatively, smoking must be permitted inside my room.
• Internet: Essential to have a fast, reliable internet connection with an Ethernet port/cable setup available in the room, as I spend my free time gaming and working on my PC.
Appliances: A tumble dryer in the house is a must-have.
