Looking for a Double Room - All bills included

Hiya,

I'm looking for a spacious double room to rent in the South East/Greater London area.

Would need to have good transport links and amenities..

My preferred rent budget would be between £700 - 800 max per calendar month with all bills included.

Flat can be furnished or unfurnished, but should have storage space.

Flat must have fast Internet / Broadband (wireless).

I work in the Public Sector (Healthcare) and am local to south London, in my 30s and pretty easy-going, enjoy cooking, music and going out! I'm clean and tidy also.
Would like flatmates with a similar disposition, i. e. quiet, mature and pleasant and respectful of one's space.

I am flexible with moving dates, and am looking for a 1 year lease if possible.
