Flat Wanted

Hello there!

My name is Sam and I’m looking for a flat in Cambridge, ideally on the north side. I’m originally from the U. S and I’ll be working here in the U. K for the next 3 years. I’m a big believer in clean, healthy living and enjoy workout groups, walking, and exploring new places.

So naturally, my top priority is living in a walkable location. Luckily, there’s a lot more infrastructure, public transportation and cycling than I’m used to in the U. S! My second priority would be the layout and space of the flat. I’ve got my own furniture so unfinished would be best for me, but furnished isn’t a complete dealbreaker.

One dealbreaker is parking, I’ll be driving around and want to make sure there’s off street parking included. A second dealbreaker is availability, I’m looking to move in by the beginning of August, and sooner is better.
