Nearly 32, a lot of experience in sharing flats since I was a student.

Well versed in the social and practical dynamics of sharing a space with new people.

I know the importance of keeping social spaces clean and wiping down after cooking.

Socially - had Flatmate’s where we hosted dinner parties, to also respecting each other’s own independent lifestyles (I’m happy and pretty chilled with either).

I stay active and get out the flat a lot to see friends, play sports, or to go visit somewhere for the weekend.

Finally, I work in sales and business development. Work keeps me busy and occupied being in the office most of the week.
