Flat share or buddy up wanted ideally SE1

I am starting a new job & chapter in London at the end of August, and looking for a flat share or a buddy up.

I am looking for a somewhere within walking distance of the office in SE1 with a friendly & professional housemate. Male preferred but may consider a female.

I will be working from the office 5 days a week and travelling back to Scotland, every other weekend. When I'm not in the office I'll be in the gym or cooking (locked in haha).

I have my own personal & professional connections in London but also open to someone I can have a glass of wine or coffee with too.
