Double room available in a shared 2 bed 2 bath

My partner and I are both architects and recently graduated from the University of Liverpool. I also work on creative projects and manage @dipitacore, so we’re generally into films, design and anything creative. :)

We’re looking for someone to buddy up with us and take the double room in our two-bed, two-bathroom apartment at Cranford Place, L3 9BZ, really close to the docks and city centre.

The flat is on the ground floor and has a shared living room and fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There’s also a residents’ gym in the building.

The room is £650 + bills per month
